Best Glock For Edc - As a longtime owner and regular user of full and loaded Glocks, it was music to my ears when the company finally announced a sub-compact 9mm that wasn't as compact as the Model 26. The 6-plus-one 43 capacity was welcome. in my EDC when it was new.
This good-looking pistol is easily concealed, yet large enough to handle serious shooting duties. With the controls in the same location, the same polymer materials, and the same trigger design as in the Gen 4 Glock 17, handling was as breezy as ever. There is no safety lock, no accidental separation safety grip, no long distance dragging and no hair loss. The print is so light that it hides the waist but is not too tight so it works well, instead of making a big engine. Also, if you are on the left, a mag release is possible.

I drove that 43 for two years, and shot past several grades by a few degrees with it. A few students also bought their own 43's, and it was fun to shoot a little competition with the same gun. It also helped us all to be more prepared with the 43 which is our everyday gun.
The 6 Best Ways To Conceal Carry A Glock 17– Bravo Concealment
Like most Glock revolvers, the 43 never fails. It worked perfectly reliably, as did my friends 43, regardless of the type of ammunition or the type of cases we used.
One of the downsides to the 43 was that, unlike other Glocks in my collection, the magazines were not interchangeable between guns. It's surprising that the non-dual mag 43 doesn't look like a standard, and wide, standard Glock.
A total of seven episodes is not a lot. I always carried an extra mag when I carried the 43, for peace of mind.
Two years after the release of the 43, Glock announced its offspring - the 43X. It fits the 43, and the same holsters fit both guns, but the 43X has a 10 round mag for those extras. I borrowed a friend's 43X to try it out, and found that it took too long to dry properly. So I stuck to my 43 for a while. I tried after an eight-round magazine, but it would have been better if it only had seven rows. The increased size of that egg caused the problem I had with the 43X. So I stuck six eggs in the gun and one in the bag.
Best Pistol I've Ever Shot, Hands Down. Replaced The Glock 19 As My Edc
The great thing about the 43 and 43X is that the Holsters are very versatile. IWB, OWB, you name it, almost every holster manufacturer including Bravo Concealment makes a 43/43X pistol. This is a great resource, because deciding on a holster is sometimes a more difficult task than choosing a gun. The same goes for the last line of choice.
It's been a while since I first bought a 43, and other companies are starting to make concealed carry pistols that have the same footprint as the 43, but with the same mag capacity. Sig Sauer was the first, releasing their P365 with its 10 magazines, soon followed by factory 12 and 15-rounders that fit and function well. Taurus followed with G2C, with 12 mags. Finally, Springfield Tools brings down the hidden world with the 13+1 Hellcat in a package the same size as the P365. All of these guns are under 43 inches in size, while boasting the shortest length—about as concealed carry as the market currently offers.
It's a shame that Glock hasn't stepped up with its high-powered, handguns yet. 43 is a reliable, stealthy shooter, but it has been outdone by newer, more powerful subcompacts. Also, the 43 still commands a price in the $500 plus range. This combination of factors is why I recently sold my 43, when I realized that a small Sig had taken its place as my go-to gun and I could put that money toward a new gun I've been eyeing.
If you are considering 43 or already have, don't let this put you off. Nothing wrong with that---but at the intersection of skill and stealth, it no longer leads the pack.

Glock 43x Optimized: Customizing The G43x
Glock has an excellent reputation for making some of the most reliable (and affordable) handguns in the world. These tough guns are made of Polymer 2, a super strong nylon polymer invented by Gaston Glock himself. This lightweight plastic is made to last longer and is stronger than most metals. Polymer 2 is resistant to rust, moisture, extreme temperatures and corrosion.
Glock also made their famous pistols using smaller parts than other designs. Many other pistols are made with two parts like the standard Glock. That means the Glock has fewer parts to break or malfunction, which adds another level of reliability.
Sleek design and durable materials make Glock pistols look stylish. Without special care, Glock pistols can survive the habits of careless gun owners. They work well even when wet, dirty, or neglected.
Above all, we think it's always good practice to go out and shoot the gun you plan to carry. No words on the internet can replace the feel of the gun in your hand when you fire. Also, it might make sense to grab the holster and "check the gun."

Review: Glock 48 For Concealed Carry :: Guns.com
Although the G19 is the mainstay of the concealed carry pistol world, there are good reasons why this is the most popular CCM sidecar on the market today. The G19 is a reliable, well-rounded pistol. It has an ergonomic design and enough features to make it easy to use, even for inexperienced shooters. It's smaller (and more concealable) than a full-size Glock (Glock 17), but large enough to reduce muzzle rise and muzzle rise for faster, more accurate tracking.
Compared to the G17, the G19 offers only two components. With a capacity of 15-plus-one rounds, the dual-stack G19 has better-than-average numbers (as concealed weapons go). And every stage counts for defense, especially since data changes can present a problem for the average shooter, especially in adrenaline shooting situations.
The secondary design (which provides sufficient circulation capacity) can also be a limitation. Because the G19 holds its cartridges in two amazing lines, it has a comfortable grip. That ample width can make it difficult for some wearers to hide, especially under tight clothing or gauzy clothing.
However, the Glock 19's near-craziness has spawned a number of handgun accessories. There is no shortage of holster options for this model, some of which are designed to minimize printing.

In their Model 26, Glock essentially took all the functionality of the G19 and reduced it to the size and weight of a small revolver. The ultra sub-compact size makes the G26 (nicknamed "Baby Glock") very portable.
